Ms. Sanjana Khaitan, Executive Director, is a finance professional and a postgraduate in Finance from the University of Cambridge, with extensive experience in finance-led strategy, investment banking, and global business operations.

Ms. Khaitan joined the Board of the Company in 2022 as Finance Director, bringing significant expertise in managing banking relationships, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening financial controls, and establishing robust accounting and financial processes.

Working under the able guidance of Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, Ms. Khaitan has played a pivotal role in the Company’s transformation and strategic evolution. She has been instrumental in the successful execution of Phase I of the Company’s solar manufacturing capacity expansion, comprising a 600 MW solar cell line and a 550 MW solar module line, followed by Phase II, involving an additional 600 MW solar cell line.

In her present role as Executive Director, Ms. Khaitan provides strategic oversight across key functions of the Company, including Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and other critical business verticals. Her leadership is focused on strengthening operational excellence, financial discipline, stakeholder engagement, and the Company’s long-term growth strategy.

Prior to joining Websol in a leadership capacity, Ms. Khaitan gained extensive business and financial experience through her tenure in the Investment Banking division of J.P. Morgan. She has also worked with Morgan Stanley and Edelweiss, gaining broad exposure to financial markets, corporate strategy, and institutional business environments.
