Mr. Dinesh Agarwal (Fellow Chartered Accountant and Fellow Cost and Management Accountant) is a former Partner – Tax & Regulatory Services at Ernst & Young LLP, India, with over 33 years of experience in tax, regulatory and governance advisory. He was associated with Ernst & Young LLP since 2004. Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, he worked with KPMG, Kolkata from 1999 to 2004 and Lovelock & Lewes (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Kolkata from 1993 to 1999. He is a senior tax, regulatory and governance advisor with extensive experience in advising multinational corporations, sovereign investment vehicles, promoter-led businesses and Indian groups on complex corporate tax, regulatory and risk matters.  His advisory experience spans India market entry, foreign investment regulations, corporate and international tax, transfer pricing, dispute resolution and board-level risk oversight. He is also recognized for combining technical expertise with commercial judgement, stakeholder management and a practical governance perspective.
