Mr. Shailesh Kumar Mishra is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, and brings over 39 years of extensive experience across various levels and functions in the power sector.

He began his career with NTPC and subsequently had a long association with Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, where he served as an Executive Director and went on to become the Chief Executive Officer of Powergrid Himachal Transmission Limited. He has also served as Director (Power Systems) at the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). His extensive experience spans power transmission, power systems, and the broader energy sector.
